Responsibilities as the General Manager…
- Mentoring the high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold the venue’s standards of excellence.
- Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency in service, inventory, and overall restaurant and bakery management
- Driving a guest-centric culture by maintaining high standards of service and handling guest feedback to enhance satisfaction.
- Overseeing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and implementing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Ensuring the venue adheres to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
As the General Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Director, taking charge of all aspects of operations, leading and inspiring the team, and bringing energy and charm to this dynamic new space.
