Front Office Manager – Luxury Boutique Hotel

Our client is a beautiful boutique 5-star hotel based in Mayfair. They are looking for a proactive Front Office Manager with strong management experience to elevate the hotel’s services and take their guest satisfaction to the next level.

You will have extensive experience working in luxury 5-star hotels and have experience using Opera.


  • 7:00am – 3:30pm, 10:00am – 6:00pm, 2:30pm – 11:00pm
  • Normal 40 hours per week, flexible to work additional hours as reasonably necessary

Responsibilities as the Front Office Manager…

  • Leading a small but mighty team of 8
  • Ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and unforgettable customer service throughout their stay
  • Creating a positive working environment and mentoring your team to maintain the hotel’s high standards of excellence
  • Sharing your wealth of knowledge and expertise and providing high-quality training
  • Ensuring compliance with all Front Office policies, standards and procedures
  • Reviewing staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
