We’re working with a beautifully restored, historic hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds, offering a truly elevated guest experience following a significant multi-million-pound refurbishment.

This is a venue that blends heritage charm with modern luxury, featuring multiple dining concepts, from relaxed lounges to refined restaurant experiences, all centred around seasonal British produce and exceptional service.

With a thriving food and beverage operation generating over £5.5 million annually, this is a standout opportunity for a driven leader to take ownership of a large-scale, high-quality operation.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Food & Beverage Operations Manager…

  • £60,000 per annum plus a 10% performance bonus and £5,000 to £6,000 service charge
  • 6 months relocation accommodation

Responsibilities as the Food & Beverage Operations Manager…

  • Overseeing the full F&B offering across the hotel, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the property’s premium positioning
  • Leading a team of 40, including 8–9 managers and supervisors
  • Driving service standards, consistency, and guest experience across all areas
  • Managing financial performance across a £5.5m operation
  • Supporting and developing your management team to deliver excellence

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven F&B Operations Manager or senior leader within a luxury hotel or high-end multi-outlet venue
  • Strong experience managing large teams and complex operations
  • A hands-on leader who thrives on the floor and leads by example
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of revenue and cost control
  • Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences in a premium environment
