- £60,000 per annum plus a 10% performance bonus and £5,000 to £6,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Food & Beverage Operations Manager…
- Overseeing the full F&B offering across the hotel, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the property’s premium positioning
- Leading a team of 40, including 8–9 managers and supervisors
- Driving service standards, consistency, and guest experience across all areas
- Managing financial performance across a £5.5m operation
- Supporting and developing your management team to deliver excellence
What we’re looking for:
- A proven F&B Operations Manager or senior leader within a luxury hotel or high-end multi-outlet venue
- Strong experience managing large teams and complex operations
- A hands-on leader who thrives on the floor and leads by example
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of revenue and cost control
- Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences in a premium environment
