They’re now looking for a talented Food & Beverage Manager to lead their front-of-house operations across all events.

- £35,000 per annum
- Working 40 hours per week, straight shifts

Responsibilities as the Food & Beverage Manager…
- Overseeing the full food and beverage operation across weddings, events, and conferences
- Managing and mentoring the front-of-house team to deliver seamless, high-end service
- Working closely with the events, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure everything runs to plan
- Taking the lead on service delivery during major functions, ensuring every guest is looked after
- Implementing and maintaining standards, stock control, and rotas with efficiency and care
