We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to take charge of the restaurant, bar, and events operations in a stunning country hotel setting. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll inspire your team, uphold exceptional service standards, and create memorable guest experiences every day.
- £40,000 per annum plus £4,000 service charge
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, and events.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement training plans to support staff performance and progression.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and senior management to enhance menus and service offers.
