Responsibilities as the Food and Beverage Manager…
- Carrying out effective recruitment, training, and leadership of the team
- Working closely alongside the talented Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure an unforgettable food offering
- Ensuring produce from the hotel’s wonderful kitchen garden is utilised
- Going above and beyond to ensure the team delivers the ultimate guest experience
- Taking the lead for stock, labour, and general expenditure, including working on budgets
