We are delighted to continue working with an esteemed Luxury Wedding and Events Venue Group, boasting a portfolio of stunning properties in Wiltshire, Surrey, Sussex, and the Cotswolds. Currently, they are in search of a Finance Manager to orchestrate the meticulous execution of general accounting, period-end closing, and reporting tasks.
As the heartbeat of financial operations, you will be qualified in AAT/CIMA/ACA/ACCA and bring experience using Xero, Sage Accounting, and Excel to elevate the group’s financial strategies to new heights.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Finance Manager…
- £40,000 to £50,000 per annum
- Remote role with monthly office site visits
- Option to work from the group headquarters in Wiltshire
- Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- 25 days of holiday allowance plus bank holidays
Responsibilities as the Finance Manager…
- Setting up and maintaining the group’s accounting systems and processes for their new venue using Xero
- Taking a positive, hands-on approach as you will have sole responsibility for maintaining accounting systems, producing monthly management accounts and monitoring performance against budget
- Producing year-end closing documents and assisting with the annual group audit
- Constructing fixed asset registers across all group venues
- Working seamlessly alongside the Group CFO to develop improved management reporting for Venue Managers, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.
