Responsibilities as the F&B Manager…
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of all F&B operations
- Leading, mentoring and motivating a talented team of supervisors and waitstaff
- Driving service standards to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house
- Managing rotas, stock control, and departmental budgets
- Acting as a role model and champion of the hotel’s values and service ethos
