What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the kitchen’s daily operation to 3 Rosette standards
- Standing in for the Exec Chef and helping shape the long-term vision
- Coaching, motivating, and developing a talented brigade
- Playing a key role in new menu ideas and elevating seasonal creativity
- Driving consistency, precision, and innovation at every service
- Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards
