A prestigious 5-star hotel in Hampshire is searching for a confident and articulate Duty Manager to join their management team. This world-renowned property is celebrated for its outstanding service, elegant surroundings, and exceptional guest experience. As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of both the front of house and food & beverage departments.

- £34,200 per annum plus circa £3,600 service charge
- Working 48 hours per week, across 5 days

Responsibilities as the Duty Manager…
- Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times
- Acting as the first point of contact for both guests and staff, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Supporting and coordinating front of house and F&B teams to maintain seamless service
- Ensuring all departments are running smoothly and in line with the hotel’s high standards
- Assisting with administrative duties and reporting as required
The ideal Duty Manager will…
- Have proven experience within both front of house and food & beverage in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
- Be articulate, confident, and a strong communicator
- Have knowledge of OPERA Cloud (desirable but not essential)
- Hold a valid UK driving licence (essential)
- Be highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering luxury hospitality
