Responsibilities as the Director of Food and Beverage…
- Leading the Food and Beverage operation across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless day-to-day service.
- Collaborating with Heads of Department to deliver exceptional dining experiences in all areas, including events, restaurants, bars, and private dining.
- Maintaining a visible presence during peak times, providing leadership and hands-on support to the team.
- Managing and mentoring the F&B leadership team, fostering growth and continuous improvement.
- Working alongside culinary and marketing teams to create innovative menus and seasonal promotions, while analysing guest feedback to implement improvements.
