They are now looking for an experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager to take the lead in delivering outstanding events while inspiring a talented team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

- Up to £41,300 per annum plus £11,000 service charge and a 10% bonus

Responsibilities as the Conference & Banqueting Manager…
- Leading the Conference & Banqueting operation, ensuring exceptional service across all events
- Managing, developing and motivating a large team to deliver consistently high standards
- Overseeing the smooth planning and execution of weddings, conferences, private dining events and celebrations
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey from start to finish
- Monitoring financial performance, labour costs and departmental targets
- Driving service excellence while continuously looking for ways to enhance the guest experience
To be considered, you’ll need previous management experience within a luxury hotel or high-end events environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced operation.
