We are so excited to be assisting a recently opened, luxury 5-star hotel featuring private residences in London. They are searching for a Concierge Assistant to join their team in ensuring an unrivalled level of service for their esteemed residents.
You will need a UK driver’s licence.

- £30,700 per annum plus £6,000 to £8,000 service charge
- Working 3 on, 3 off, 7am to 7pm

Responsibilities as the Concierge Assistant…
- Providing a consistent 5-star service to residents and creating a warm and welcoming environment
- Assisting residents in obtaining services required in their apartments.
- Going above and beyond to fulfil resident’s special requests.
- Building positive relationships with residents to ensure a personalised service
- Communicating effectively with the team and other departments
This is a truly wonderful opportunity for an experienced Concierge Assistant who has previously worked for other well-respected 5-star properties and/or ultra-luxurious residential buildings.
