You’ll have the opportunity to work in the hotel’s a la carte restaurant, renowned for its redefined British classics, crafted with ingredients from the hotel’s unique kitchen garden.

- Creating a variety of high-quality dishes packed with flavour, using sustainably sourced ingredients from the hotel’s spectacular kitchen garden
- Gaining experience in a dynamic kitchen environment, working on the menu’s British classics as well as casual offerings
- Taking part in industry-leading training and development programs
- Learning from a team of talented chefs who are eager to pass on their expertise and help you progress in your culinary career
