With 2 AA Rosettes, charming boutique bedrooms, and an on-site market garden providing the freshest ingredients, this is a kitchen with creativity and quality at its heart. As Chef De Partie, you’ll be a crucial part of the brigade, running your section with confidence and delivering dishes that celebrate seasonality.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie…
- £37,440 based on 40 hours with paid overtime
- Working 40 to 45 hours per week over 5 days
- Live-in accommodation available at £200 per month
- Excellent training and clear progression opportunities
Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Running a designated section and consistently delivering dishes to a 2 Rosette standard
- Working with the freshest seasonal produce, including ingredients grown in the garden
- Supporting the senior chefs in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a 7-chef brigade
- Helping with stock rotation, daily prep and contributing ideas for new dishes
- Assisting during high-volume service, with around 150 covers on Saturdays and up to 200 on Sundays
A little more about you…
- Previous experience at Chef De Partie level within a quality-driven kitchen
- Pizza experience would be a bonus, but not essential
- A calm and organised approach, especially during busy services
