Home to a 3 Rosette, 50-cover restaurant and banqueting for up to 100 guests, this is an excellent environment for a chef who is passionate about refined, seasonal cooking.
They are happy to consider strong chefs from a 2 Rosette background looking to make the step up.

- £31,000 per annum plus £3,500 service charge
- Live-in accommodation available for around £325 per month within walking distance of the hotel
- 48-hour contract

- Exposure to both fine dining restaurant service and high-quality events
Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Running your section confidently and delivering consistently high standards
- Preparing and cooking dishes for the 50-cover restaurant and banqueting up to 100 guests
- Supporting senior chefs with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Assisting with training and guiding junior members of the team
- Bringing creativity, enthusiasm and a commitment to quality ingredients
