Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Run your section with authority, organisation and consistency
- Deliver high-quality dishes at pace during high-volume service
- Maintain immaculate mise en place and section control
- Work confidently in a theatre-style, guest-facing environment
- Support Commis and Demi CDPs in maintaining brigade standards
- Uphold five-star hygiene, discipline and presentation at all times
This will suit a Chef de Partie who:
- Has strong experience in high-volume, fresh-food kitchens
- Is technically sound with solid classical foundations
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
- Maintains composure under pressure
- Wants to progress within a serious, structured brigade
