We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join this talented brigade of legends cooking great Modern British cuisine. If you are want to work in a tight knit brigade, where you will be valued and supported by a great Head Chef, this opportunity is for you.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Running your section with precision and pride
- Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with new menu ideas
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Supporting junior chefs and maintaining a positive kitchen culture
- Upholding hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
