Their relaxed yet refined golf course restaurant sits within a stunning estate, and they’re now looking for a Chef De Partie to join their talented brigade.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the team in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Preparing high-quality dishes to consistent standards, often over a charcoal grill
- Taking responsibility for your section and helping junior chefs when needed
- Keeping high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Working a mix of day and late shifts as part of a supportive brigade
About you:
- Experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef De Partie, ready to step up
- A passion for quality food and a background in fresh, seasonal cooking
- Hardworking, reliable, and a strong team player
- Calm under pressure with a keen eye for detail
- Looking to develop your skills in a high-quality kitchen
