With a brand-new, top-of-the-range kitchen and a passionate team in place, this is a brilliant opportunity for a driven Chef De Partie looking to progress their career in a high-calibre, multi-outlet environment.

- £36,430 per annum

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Running your own section to an exceptional standard in the 3 AA Rosette restaurant
- Preparing and presenting seasonal dishes with creativity, precision, and consistency
- Supporting senior chefs in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Upholding the high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety across your section
- Taking part in ongoing training and development to further hone your skills
About you:
You’ll have experience in high-end kitchens, ideally within 2 or 3 Rosette or 4/5-star hotel environments. Passionate about food, local produce, and working with a dynamic brigade, you’ll bring energy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a busy, fast-paced setting.
