Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Assisting the Head Chef in creating a diverse range of dishes that meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen brigade across all service periods, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
- Liaising with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to suggest improvements and help refine dishes and service.
- Ensuring consistency in dish quality while setting and maintaining high standards for the brigade.
- Supporting junior team members, fostering positive teamwork, and ensuring kitchen hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
