This is not your typical Chef De Partie role.
You will be part of a vibrant, high-performing brigade within one of the hotel’s most popular dining concepts, a rustic yet refined restaurant where bold, seasonal dishes meet a relaxed, premium dining experience.
With a fully open kitchen at its heart, this is a role where your craft is on display. Guests are immersed in the energy, creativity and theatre of service, making consistency, confidence and attention to detail absolutely key.
The menu is ingredient-led, celebrating produce from the estate’s own kitchen garden, alongside carefully sourced local suppliers. Expect a focus on flavour, fire-based cooking and modern British influences.
We are keen to speak with chefs from luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants or high-quality gastro pubs who are passionate about working with exceptional ingredients in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Who You Are:
- Currently working as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef within a quality-driven kitchen
- Experienced in working with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
- Passionate about bold flavours, presentation and consistency
- Confident working within an open kitchen environment
- Calm, organised and reliable during high-volume service
- A strong team player who thrives in a professional brigade
- Keen to learn, develop and progress within a luxury setting
