We are delighted to be working with a flavour-focused French restaurant located in the heart of London. They are looking for an ambitious Chef De Partie to join their team of 5 in creating a wide array of seasonal, French-inspired dishes packed with bold flavours.

You will have experience working at 2 Rosette level and above.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie…

  • £34,000 to £36,000 per annum (DOE) plus £3,000 to £5,000 service charge
  • Set days off – Sunday and Monday
  • Working 3 double and 2 single shifts per week
  • Set 6 weeks of holiday: 2x Christmas, 2x August, 1x March and 1x May

Responsibilities as the Chef De Partie…

  • Creating a variety of stunning French-inspired dishes for 20 to 30 covers at lunch and 45 to 50 covers during the evening service
  • Running a section and ensuring consistently high-quality dishes
  • Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
  • Making the most of the restaurant’s access to the freshest ingredients sourced from small, independent suppliers
  • Showcasing outstanding communication and teamwork skills
