- £35,500 per annum plus £7,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Running your own section in the kitchen to 3 Rosette standards
- Working with the finest seasonal produce and high-quality meats
- Supporting senior chefs during busy services and mentoring junior team members
- Ensuring immaculate standards of preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Upholding food safety and hygiene at the very highest level
