Responsibilities as the Breakfast Supervisor…
- Supervising the breakfast team and leading by example on shift
- Making sure service is smooth, friendly and professional every morning
- Looking after guests and ensuring they have everything they need
- Keeping standards high in both the restaurant and the back of house
- Helping with opening procedures and setting the team up for the day
