We are working with a 56m Sailing Yacht that is currently based in Palma, The boat is looking for a full-time Bosun to join their charismatic crew.
As Bosun, you will lead the experienced exterior team to complete a diverse range of duties. This will involve designating work lists, managing the deck crew and taking on your own maintenance projects. We are looking for someone who is very confident in water sports such as dingy sailing and wakeboarding.
The ideal individual for this role will be very organised, have excellent leadership and communication skills and have a positive, can-do attitude when given any task.
