They’re now seeking a Bar Manager with a genuine passion for hospitality, cocktails, and people leadership to take charge of the bar operation and deliver consistently memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities as the Bar Manager…
- Leading and inspiring the bar team to deliver polished, personable service
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, stock control, ordering and team scheduling
- Maintaining a high standard of drink presentation, from cocktails to coffee
- Managing training, team development and motivation
- Playing a key role in guest experience, atmosphere, and feedback handling
