They’re now looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead their passionate front-of-house team and deliver warm, personalised service that leaves a lasting impression. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager, you’ll be a key part of a tight-knit leadership team in a beautifully designed space.

Who You Are:
- You’ve got solid experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel dining room
- You will have a knowledge of and an interest in wine
- You lead from the front with confidence, warmth, and calm authority
- You’re naturally organised and great at coordinating people and service
- You have a sharp eye for detail, from polished place settings to perfect pacing
- You thrive in a hands-on role and know how to bring the best out in casual and full-time staff alike
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day service and team management
- Help lead a team of 20–25 casuals, alongside a strong full-time restaurant team
- Maintain a smooth and seamless guest experience from first welcome to final farewell
- Step up to lead the floor when needed and ensure every shift runs to the highest standard
- Contribute to training, motivation, and development across the team
