They are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help guide their team in ensuring an outstanding experience for visiting members and guests enjoying a meal at their stylish restaurant.
You will have experience working in luxury 5-star hotels and/or restaurants.

- £33,500 per annum plus circa £2,000 service charge
- 28 days annual leave, rising by 1 day each year for 5 years

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager…
- Working closely alongside the Restaurant Manager to lead and motivate the team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience.
- Keeping up to date on Health & Safety legislation, food hygiene regulations and COSHH & HACCP.
- Providing high-quality training to ensure a consistently high-quality service is provided.
- Upkeeping morale within the team and going above and beyond to ensure every guest has a positive experience.
