We are so excited to continue collaborating with a delightful gastropub with rooms set in a picturesque village in Devon. They are searching for a charming Restaurant Supervisor to help guide their team of 10 during the summer and a slightly smaller team of 5 in the winter in creating a warm and welcoming environment for their clientele.
You must have experience working in luxury hotels and/or premium restaurants and have a full driving licence.

- £28,000 per annum plus £4,000 to £5,000 in tips and a £1,500 bonus
- Set days off – Monday and Tuesday

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Supervisor…
- Helping run the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the pub, bar and cellar
- Building and maintaining genuine relationships with all patrons, including locals, regulars and VIPs
- Going above and beyond to create a positive working environment and team culture
- Actively participating in creative discussions and contributing ideas to develop the establishments offering
- Helping the Restaurant Manager in overseeing bookings and special events, liaising with the kitchen regarding service scheduling, booking numbers, special requests and dietary requirements
