As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring every guest receives a seamless and memorable dining experience.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Assistant Restaurant Manager…
- Up to £40,000 per annum, including service charge
- 4-day working week – One early finish at 5pm each week
- 40 hours per week
- Working within a small, tight-knit and supportive team
Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager…
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading the front of house team
- Delivering exceptional, detail-driven service throughout each sitting
- Building strong relationships with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Contributing to the overall guest journey, from arrival through to departure
