They are now seeking an experienced and organised Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their finance team and support the smooth operation of a fast-paced, high-volume accounts function.
Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

- Up to £35,000 per annum plus £2,000 service charge
- Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Supervisor…
- Overseeing the processing of a high volume of invoices across the business
- Ensuring invoices, credit notes and payments are handled accurately and on time
- Supporting payment runs and reporting to the Financial Controller and Management Accountant
- Managing supplier queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Supporting and guiding the wider accounts team where required
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in an Accounts Payable or finance role, ideally within hospitality
- Are confident working with high volumes and tight deadlines
- Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Are proactive, reliable and keen to take the next step in your finance career
