This is a food-led site where seasonality is key. The menus celebrate modern British cuisine, with a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients and dishes that evolve with the seasons. The kitchen has built a great reputation and continues to attract a loyal following.
As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen day to day, while still having the chance to bring your own ideas to the table.

- £34,000 per annum plus £10,000 to £12,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Maintaining high standards across service and preparation
- Assisting with menu development and seasonal changes
- Training and motivating junior members of the team
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every dish
This role would suit a strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up, or an experienced Sous Chef looking for a fresh challenge in a well-run, quality-focused environment.
