- £32,000 per annum plus £15,000 service charge and a 15% incentive bonus

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Creating a variety of high-quality dishes using the finest local prime cuts
- Making the most of the kitchen’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Passing on your knowledge and expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade
- Helping lead, motivate and manage the kitchen brigade of 6
