Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Head Chef in overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Leading and mentoring the junior kitchen team, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
- Maintaining exceptional quality across all dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail, even during busy services.
- Overseeing stock control and ordering, helping to manage food costs and minimise waste.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, upholding the highest kitchen standards.
With 80 covers inside, 80 outside, and a focus on large banquets, the restaurant caters to high volumes while maintaining exceptional quality. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience creating high-quality dishes for large groups.
