Set within a beautifully restored building in the South West, this role offers the chance to showcase your talent in a 3 Rosette restaurant, crafting modern British dishes with the finest locally sourced ingredients.

- £36,000 to £38,000 per annum (DOE) plus service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Leading the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Head Chef
- Assisting in the creation of innovative and memorable menus
- Preparing and serving dishes to the highest standards in a busy 3 Rosette restaurant
- Training and mentoring new kitchen staff
- Maintaining rigorous food safety and health and safety standards
- Ensuring flawless execution of breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, Sunday lunch, and occasional events such as weddings
