Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Leading, training, and mentoring the kitchen brigade to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Collaborating with the Head Chef to design and innovate menu offerings, focusing on seasonal ingredients and brasserie-style cuisine that enhances the dining experience.
- Maintaining strict quality control and hygiene standards in food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet the hotel’s award-winning reputation
- Working alongside the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
As Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in guiding, leading, and motivating our talented kitchen brigade to create an award-winning selection of delicious brasserie-style dishes, featuring comforting and hearty options made with the finest available ingredients.
