Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Being the second in command, and working closely with our Head Chef to inspire and guide the kitchen brigade.
- Taking a hands-on role in crafting exceptional dishes for lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner menus.
- Collaborating on menu development for à la carte offerings, events, and private dining.
- Managing kitchen operations, including ordering, rotas, training, and maintaining the highest standards.
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations and managing stock levels and rotation effectively.
