You must have your own mode of transport due to the location of the hotel.

- £38,840 per annum plus circa £3,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Crafting a selection of award-winning dishes that consistently wow guests
- Showcasing outstanding kitchen management skills and overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations
- Supporting the Head Chef by providing the team with high-quality training and creating a positive working environment
- Taking advantage of the group’s training and development opportunities
As Sous Chef, you will be creating a variety of dishes to be served across multiple outlets. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your kitchen management skills as you work alongside a talented Head Chef and team.
