We are delighted to continue collaborating with a cosy gastropub with rooms set in a tranquil village in Devon. They are searching for a talented Sous Chef to craft a variety of high-quality dishes using the very best, locally sourced ingredients.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Sous Chef…
- £35,000 (negotiable) per annum plus a £5,000 loyalty bonus (£2,500 every 6 months) and up to £5,000 service charge
- Set days off – Monday and Tuesday
- Affordable accommodation available – a single room including bills but you need your own car/motorbike as it is a 10-minute drive
- 32 days holiday per year (Including bank holidays)

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Creating a variety of high-quality dishes from their ever-changing, seasonal menu
- Making the most of the gastropub’s access to the very best, locally sourced ingredients
- Sharing your culinary knowledge and expertise with the more junior chefs in the kitchen
- Showcasing excellent communication skills and working well alongside others
