We are so pleased to continue collaborating with a wonderful group of gastropubs. One of their luxurious properties, a free house with rooms set in the spectacular scenery of the Cotswolds, is looking for a Sous Chef to help lead their talented kitchen brigade.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Sous Chef….
- £34,000 per annum plus £6,000 to £8,000 service charge
- Working 48 hours per week
- Cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Working closely alongside a fantastic Head Chef
Responsibilities as the Sous Chef….
- Creating a variety of high-quality dishes from an ever-changing, seasonal menu
- Making the most of the gastropub’s access to the very best, locally sourced ingredients
- Sharing your culinary knowledge and expertise with the more junior chefs in the kitchen
- Showcasing excellent communication skills and working well alongside others
