We are so pleased to continue collaborating with a wonderful group of gastropubs. One of their luxurious properties, a free house with rooms set in the spectacular scenery of the Cotswolds, is looking for a Sous Chef to help lead their talented kitchen brigade.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Sous Chef….

  • £34,000 per annum plus £6,000 to £8,000 service charge
  • Working 48 hours per week
  • Cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Working closely alongside a fantastic Head Chef  

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef….

  • Creating a variety of high-quality dishes from an ever-changing, seasonal menu
  • Making the most of the gastropub’s access to the very best, locally sourced ingredients
  • Sharing your culinary knowledge and expertise with the more junior chefs in the kitchen
  • Showcasing excellent communication skills and working well alongside others

This presents an unmissable opportunity for a Sous Chef who has worked in restaurants at a Rosette standard where you will showcase your kitchen management skills and create an exciting array of seasonal dishes from their ever-changing menu.
