We are delighted to be assisting a vibrant, bustling fresh-food restaurant nestled in the beautiful Cheltenham countryside. They are looking to add a talented Sous Chef to their team of five – someone with experience catering to large volumes, creating fresh and flavoursome dishes for up to 200 guests.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Sous Chef…
- £38,000 per annum
 - Working 42 hours per week, great work life balance
 - Various shift patterns – Off-peak shift 8am to 4pm or evening shift 12pm to 8pm, including 1 to 2 evening shifts and peak season 2 days and 3 evenings
 - 5th January to February half term off
 - Working alongside a team of 5 talented chefs
 - Cooking with the very best ingredients available
 - Free meals on duty
 
Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Crafting a wide array of fresh dishes for up to 200 covers over a weekend
 - Working closely alongside the Head Chef to ensure a smooth-running kitchen operation
 - Going above and beyond to elevate your culinary skillset
 - Showcasing outstanding communication skills and working well alongside others
