This refined venue is passionate about open-fire cooking, bold flavours, and delivering an exceptional dining experience. They’re searching for a talented Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef and help lead their dynamic kitchen.

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…

  • Supporting the Head Chef in delivering bold, flavourful dishes inspired by Basque cuisine
  • Leading and mentoring a team to maintain exceptional culinary standards
  • Ensuring consistency, precision, and flair across every plate
  • Managing kitchen operations, including mise en place and service preparation
  • Upholding food safety and hygiene regulations to the highest level
