With a reputation for excellence, this is the perfect spot for a Sous Chef who wants to be part of something truly special. Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading and inspiring a team of chefs during service
- Helping maintain the restaurant’s high culinary standards
- Getting hands-on with stock management, ordering, and food cost control
- Ensuring your kitchen is clean, safe, and compliant at all times
- Playing a key role in the development of junior chefs
- Helping to create seasonal menus that celebrate top-quality local ingredients
About you:
You’ll be an experienced Sous Chef from a fine-dining or high-end restaurant background. You’ll take pride in your craft, thrive under pressure, and be a natural team leader. You’ll also bring plenty of creativity and a calm, organised approach to everything you do.
