We are so excited to be working with a charming 2 Rosette restaurant located in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. They are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their team in creating a variety of award-winning dishes that celebrate the seasons.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Sous Chef…

  • £37,000 per annum plus gratuities on top
  • Working 48 hours per week, straight shifts
  • Cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Working closely alongside an excellent Head Chef

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…

  • Creating a selection of stunning, seasonal dishes
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
  • Going above and beyond to perfect culinary skills and techniques  
  • Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the junior chefs in the brigade
  • Making the most of the restaurant’s access to freshly picked ingredients

As the Sous Chef, you will have access to a variety of fresh, seasonal produce that has been grown in the restaurant’s spectacular kitchen garden and sourced from the very best local suppliers. Therefore, this is a wonderful opportunity to create a wide array of dishes from delicious breakfasts, light lunches, intimate dinners and afternoon tea treats.
