Owned by a former chef, this gastropub prides itself on a menu that evolves with the best ingredients available, working closely with trusted suppliers and embracing whole-animal butchery.

- £36,000 to £40,000 package
- Live in accommodation available – £400 a month
- Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Head Chef in running all aspects of the kitchen, from service to supplier management
- Leading the brigade in the Head Chef’s absence and ensuring smooth service
- Assisting with menu development, creating dishes that showcase the best local produce
- Maintaining high kitchen standards, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation
- Helping manage stock levels, GP, and ordering to keep the kitchen running efficiently
- Training and mentoring junior chefs, fostering a positive and professional kitchen environment
