They are on the lookout for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join their exceptional front-of-house team. You’ll be working alongside some of the best chefs and hospitality professionals in the industry, delivering world-class service in a truly refined setting.

- £29,206 per annum plus circa £10,000 service charge
- Paid travel card – Up to zone 4 (After 6 months)
- Working 46 hours per week – dinner service only
- Set days off – Sunday and Monday

Responsibilities as a Sommelier…
- Delivering thoughtful and knowledgeable wine pairings to complement a fine-dining tasting menu
- Offering expert recommendations and creating memorable experiences for each guest
- Managing and maintaining the wine cellar, ensuring impeccable stock rotation and storage
- Working closely with the kitchen team to remain in sync with seasonal menu changes
- Continuously developing your wine knowledge through exposure to rare and exclusive labels
