- £45,000 to £48,000 package per annum

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef…
- Creating a variety of delicious dishes for 1200 to 1500 covers per week
- Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to a team of 15 chefs/porters
- Assisting in the creation of new and enticing menu items as well as ordering, rotas and more
- Taking a hands-on approach and creating a positive working environment
- Making the most of the restaurant’s access to high-quality ingredients
