We’re working with a popular, privately owned Modern British restaurant in Essex that has built a brilliant reputation for refined dishes, warm hospitality and consistently busy services. With around 700 covers per week and a team of 6 chefs, this is a fast-paced kitchen where teamwork and standards are everything.
They’re now searching for a strong Senior Chef De Partie to join the brigade and play a key role in delivering Rosette-level food day in, day out.

- £35,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge
- 48-hour contract
- Closed Mondays and Tuesdays – enjoy two set days off each week

Responsibilities as a Senior Chef De Partie…
- Running your section confidently during high-volume services
- Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes to Rosette standard
- Supporting junior chefs and maintaining high kitchen morale
- Ensuring consistency in presentation and quality across up to 700 covers per week
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and organisation at all times
This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate Chef De Partie looking to step into a more senior role, or for an established Senior Chef De Partie who thrives in a busy fresh-food environment and enjoys being part of a tight, motivated team.
