- £42,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge
- Working 45 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
- Overseeing smooth day-to-day service, often reaching up to 200 covers on peak days and around 600 covers each week
- Managing and motivating a team of up to 17 front-of-house professionals
- Driving exceptional guest service and maintaining the restaurant’s strong Rosette-level standards
- Leading recruitment, training, development, and ongoing performance of your front-of-house team
- Ensuring operational efficiency, including stock control, rota planning, and maintaining a positive working culture
